Everything that is in the article makes perfect sense, the trouble is trying to achieve the harmonious working team. In my experience there is always a fly in the ointment, alternative agendas and people who feel superior to others in the team. I’m a bit cynical but it is one of the hardest roles, managing a team that will compliment each other.

Encuentro que el artículo pone de manifiesto algunas características fundamentales de un lider.
