		<description>Good advices. I am currently living in a small place where a gym is not active, I have a swimming pool though, but I try to get the inactive gym to open. Since I moved I&#039;m much less active and can feel the results already.</description>

		<description>WOW, great information and spot on, especially about avoiding the same routine at the gym and utilizing resistance and weight training.

People do not realize that the body is incredible at adapting and that it will adjust so that it is efficient in doing the absolute minimum. Even if you go to the gym 4 days a week for weight training, if you do the same routine, you won&#039;t get to where you want to be.  Many people do the same routine- chest/back, biceps/triceps, legs, etc.

Same thing with diet. You can eat very healthy but it is OK to shock it maybe once a week with crap as long as you don&#039;t overdo it. I personally leave Sundays for mixing it up.</description>
